1. It was a routine civilian flight - why did the French Military become so heavily involved ?
2. Why were the salvage boats sent to the wrong place, when the army knew exactly where the crash had gone down?
3. Why were parts of the wreckage taken away to the Military Base at Toulon and never again seen, even by the crash investigators?
4. Why do the Military state in writing that there was no missile firing during that period. Documentary evidence has been found that contradicts this.
5. Why were sound recordings of the actual moment that technicians who had fired the missile, realised they had lost control of it, removed immediately by military personnel and never seen again? French Courts have recently taken a new deposition from these witnesses.
